A State of Illinois, 501(c)(6) not-for-profit educational association dedicated to professionalism and excellence in the home inspection industry.

All our members are licensed by the State of Illinois and Certified by the largest national home inspection association in the world, InterNACHI, with the highest standards of practice, continuing education requirements  and code of ethics in the profession.  Our Standards of Practice are the most complete and stringent in the industry and we are the only National Home Inspection association that also has a Commercial Inspection Standards of Practice.

InterNACHI also provides free or very low cost continuing education to our members through NACHI.TV, a groundbreaking and completely accredited on-line education provider.

InterNACHI Chicago members perform inspections throughout the 7 county Chicagoland area.

Our chapter also performs hundreds of hours in community service, helping to make the housing stock safer and of better quality to its owners.
